The Norwegian Food Safety Authority henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority requests assistance in connection with upgrading of the Intranet. The upgrading shall include the following:

— Preparation of a new network and content strategy for the intranet.

— Preparation of a new structure/interaction design for the intranet.

— Implementation of graphical design based on Mattilsynet.no.

— Implementation of templates/content types in a publication system (WCMS) adapted the Awarding Authority's requirements.

— Integration and make contents from other systems available, if suitable.

The delivery includes a combination of consultancy, information design and interaction design, template development and client programming, setup of system and development of other functionality in cooperation with the Awarding Authority's resources.
