The municipality of Alkmaar wants to conclude an agreement for the security reception location for (Ukrainian) refugees Wognumsebuurt 10 for the duration of 12 months. For the new agreement to be concluded, the municipality is looking for a professional security party who can act in the event of calamities, securing buildings and residents, emergency response, mediation in conflicts, operation of the alarm center and general security. All this as further specified in the attached Program of Requirements (PvE). The aim is for the agreement to enter into force on 1 September 2023.
