The troubadour was built under the million program in the late 1960s and is in need of renovation. The contract includes ROT renovation of 449 apartments divided into 4 properties (Troubadour 1, 2, 3 and 4) comprising 24 houses. Uddevallahem intends to procure Troubadour 1 and Troubadour 2 with an option on Troubadour 3 and Troubadour 4. The renovation includes large new bathrooms with new water and drain stems, New FTX ventilation, New additional insulated board façade, new windows and doors.

Uddevallahem intends to procure Troubadour 1 and Troubadour 2 with an option on Troubadour 3 and Troubadour 4. Completion of troubadour 1 and 2 is week 14 2025. The completion time for option 3 is week 27 2026. The completion time for option 4 is week 02 2027.
