The contract, subject to this purchase, concerns the provision in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode of an analysis service, financial scoring of suppliers and customers, both French and foreign, RTE and supplier sourcing.

These services, intended for the Commercial Directorate and the Purchasing Directorate, will at least meet the following needs:

— provision, on request, of financial data to the mesh of a foreign company (via SIREN/intra-Community VAT nº /local tax nº /duns/...) covering the following information or analyses: company ID card (address, tel, SIREN/VAT number, capital, staff...), financial score, payment behaviour, risk of default, data history financial (minimum four years, ratios and trends), organization and capital chain of the company (group head/parent company/secondary institutions/subsidiaries/participations/managers/shareholders...), media information;

— automatic development of daily alerts on the following events concerning a list of third parties configurable by RTE: change of address or closure of an establishment, change of address of the registered office, change of name, change of score, collective or legal proceedings, merger/absorption;

— configurable mass extraction of financial information on several third parties;

— Automated controls of the customer database.
