1. The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and transporting municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the administrative borders of the Dobrzyniewo Duże Municipality in 2024.

4. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders and in the form of electronic catalogs.

6. The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the PPL.

The subject of the Order includes receiving and transporting municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of Dobrzyniewo Duże municipality and direct transport of municipal waste to the proper installation (ZUOK Białystok and/or ZUOK Hryniewicze).

It should be assumed that during the duration of the contract (from January to December 2024), the Contractor will collect the following amounts of municipal waste from property owners:

• 2495 Mg from real estate,

• 333 Mg from PSZOK (including equipment m.in containers and containers).

In estimating the amount of waste that is the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority took into account, among others: fluctuation factor. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the order quantity in the quantities listed above, as they are only approximate estimates resulting from the years 2020-2023. The figures for municipal waste are estimates and may change in 2024.
