1. The object of the contract includes duties related to the performance of the task titled "Performing the function of inspector of investor supervision over the implementation of the task named "Ecopartners for the sunny energy of Lesser Poland" ".

2. The scope of the subject matter of the order is to perform the duties of the investor's supervision inspector of the entire investment process in the sanitary, electrical and general construction industry, over the implementation of the task of supplying and assembling renewable energy installations: photovoltaic solar collectors and heat pumps supplying residential buildings and public buildings in the area Communes that are Ordering.

1. The object of the contract includes duties related to the performance of the task titled "Performing the function of inspector of investor supervision over the implementation of the task named "Ecopartners for the sunny energy of Lesser Poland" ".

2. The scope of the subject matter of the order is to perform the duties of the investor's supervision inspector of the entire investment process in the sanitary, electrical and general construction industry, over the implementation of the task of supplying and assembling renewable energy installations: photovoltaic solar collectors and heat pumps supplying residential buildings and public buildings in the area Communes that are Ordering.

In particular, supervision over the correct implementation of all work carried out as part of the task consisting in:

a. Supervising works related to the implementation of as-built documentation based on technical documentation (construction design and detailed designs), obtaining all required approvals and permits, including a valid building permit (if applicable) as well as a PINB or UDT permit if they are required by applicable law;

b. Supervising construction and assembly works in accordance with the requirements and other information described by the Ordering Party in the Technical Documentation for the performance, acceptance and use of the installations made, provisions of the Construction Law of 7.7.1994 with subsequent amendments and accompanying regulations, regulating the activities involving design, construction, maintenance and defining the rules of operation of public administration bodies in these areas;

3. The scope of the contract includes supervising the assembly of the following devices on residential, commercial and public buildings:

a) Solar Installation Sets in the amount of 3012 pieces with the following powers: 1.12 kW, 1.68 kW, 2.24 kW, 2.8 kW, 3.36 KW, 3.92 kW, 4.48 kW, 5.04 kW, 5.6 kW, 6.16 kW, 6.72 kW, 7.28 kW, 7.84 kW, 8.4 kW, 8.96 kW, 9.52 kW, 39.2 kW;

b) Solar Installations in the amount of 2,782 in the distinction between:

- set - 2 collectors, 300 L reservoir - 3.5 kW collector power,

- set - 3 collectors 400 L tank - collector power 5.25 kW,

- set - 4 collectors 500 L tank - 7 kW collector power;

c) Heat pumps in the amount of 39 pieces, distinguishing between two types of pumps; [1] Air Pump for Central Heating and [2] Domestic Hot Water Pumps: 1.67 kW, 7.6 kW, 12.99 kW, 17.2 kW, 28.8 kW.

4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract subject to supervision is specified in the Technical Documentation constituting Annex 7 to the ToR.
