Description:
Delivery of Identification Dress

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of identification clothing for employees of conductor teams, train drivers and cashiers. For the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide at least 12 months quality guarantee from the date of delivery of the assortment and signing the delivery acceptance document, without comments.

2. The contract is divided into seven tasks (Section II.2).

3. Detailed description and method of execution of the subject of the contract shall be determined respectively for the PPU task in question, together with the annexes.

Delivery: 370 sets. men's uniforms, 452 sets. women's uniforms, 656 sets. uniforms for train drivers, 3 sets. uniforms for typists.

1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of uniforms for conductor teams, i.e.:

a) men's uniforms (set – jacket, vest, two pairs of trousers),

b) women's uniforms (set jacket, vest, skirt, trousers), or (set jacket, vest, two skirts), or (set jacket, vest, two pairs of trousers) – the number of individual types of sets. according to the Ordering Party's choice,

c) uniforms for train drivers (set – sweatshirt, two pairs of trousers),

d) uniforms for typists (set – sweatshirt, two pairs of trousers).

The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor together with the offer submit one template for each assortment in a given task, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting respectively for a given assortment Annex 6 – 6.6 to the SWZ, as the subject means of evidence confirming that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified in the SWZ.

1) for task 1

a) model of men's uniform, sewn by size:

- jacket: chest circumference 104 cm, waist circumference 96 cm, height 182 cm,

- vest: chest circumference 104 cm, height 182 cm,

- trousers: waist circumference 96 cm, height 182 cm,

b) model of a women's uniform, sewn according to size:

- jacket: chest circumference 104 cm, waist circumference 84 cm, hip circumference 110 cm, height 164 cm,

- skirt: waist circumference 84 cm, hip circumference 110 cm, height 164,

- trousers: waist circumference 84 cm, hip circumference 110 cm, height 164,

- vest: chest circumference 104 cm, waist circumference 84 cm, hip circumference 110 cm, height 164 cm,

(c) a model of the train driver's uniform, sewn to size:

- sweatshirt type Swede - M/182,

- trousers, waist circumference 96 cm, height 182

The ordering party allows the folding of one pair of trousers, which will be a model for the men's uniform and the driver's uniform.

- The Contracting Authority requires that together with the above specimens, the Contractor submits:

• a sample of the material (fabric) from which all uniforms will be sewn,

• a sample of the lining from which all uniforms will be sewn,

• the result of the examination of the material (fabric) and lining referred to above, issued by an accredited laboratory, the test cannot be issued earlier than 12 months before its submission.

Patterns of uniforms must be sewn in accordance with the description contained in the table of the finished product constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

2) for task 2

a) men's shirt pattern: with long sleeves, with short sleeves, sewn according to size 42/176-182

b) women's shirt pattern: with long sleeves, with short sleeves, sewn according to size 38/170

- The Contracting Authority requires that together with the above specimens, the Contractor submits:

• a sample of the material (fabric) from which all men's and women's shirts will be sewn,

• the current fabric test result, issued by an accredited laboratory, the test cannot be issued earlier than 12 months before its submission.

Patterns of shirts must be sewn in accordance with the description contained in the table of finished product constituting Annex 7.1 to the SWZ.

3) for task 3

a) tie pattern,

b) the model of the scarf,

(c) the model of the scarf ring

4) for task 4

a) women's footwear pattern: low shoes, boots insulated according to size 40,

b) model of men's shoes: shoes, boots insulated according to size 43, one pattern for each of the assortments.

5) for task No. 5

a) model of the bag,

b) backpack design

6) for task 6

a) pattern of men's jacket, sewn according to the size - chest circumference 104 cm, waist circumference 96 cm, height 182 cm,

b) pattern of a women's coat, sewn according to the size - chest circumference 104 cm, hip circumference 110 cm, height 164 cm.

- The Contracting Authority requires that together with the above specimens, the Contractor submits:

• a sample of the material (fabric) from which the jackets will be sewn,

• a sample of the material (fabric) from which the coats will be sewn,

• a sample of the lining material from which the jackets will be sewn,

• a sample of the lining material from which the coats will be sewn,

• the result of the examination of the material(s) and lining referred to above, issued by an accredited laboratory, the test cannot be issued earlier than 12 months before its submission

7) for task No. 7, the model of the cap – in size 58.

Delivery: 4,306 pcs. men's long-sleeved shirts, 4,306 pcs. men's short-sleeved shirts, 1,484 pcs. women's shirts with long sleeves, 1 484 pcs. women's shirts with short sleeves.

1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of men's shirts with long and short sleeves and women's shirts with long and short sleeves.

The supplied designs of uniforms, shirts, footwear, bags, backpacks must correspond to the description and color requested by the Ordering Party, while the designs of jackets, coats, processing of uniform material, lining, ties, scarves, hats provided together with the offers must correspond to the description requested by the Ordering Party but do not have to correspond to the color requested by the Ordering Party and can be folded in e.g. gray, black, blue.

The specimens and samples (1.5 m long) referred to above should be submitted in accordance with the description of Chapter XI, paragraph 2 of the SWZ.

8.Before the deadline for submitting tenders, Contractors in the scope of tasks 1, 2, 5, 6 have the opportunity to see the designs that are located at the headquarters of the Contracting Authority, after prior telephone appointment, tel. 22 391 61 35.

Delivery: 1,388 pcs. ties, 744 pcs. scarves, 374 pcs. scarf rings,

a) ties for employees of conductor teams, train drivers and cashiers,

b) scarves and scarf rings for employees of conductor teams and cashiers,

Delivery: 1 104 pairs of men's shoes, 362 pairs of women's shoes, 699 pairs of men's insulated boots, 74 pairs of women's insulated boots.

1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of men's and women's shoes as well as men's and women's insulated boots.

Delivery: 175 pcs. bags, 400 pcs. Backpacks.

1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of bags and backpacks for employees of conductor teams and train drivers.

Delivery: 385 pcs. men's jackets, 74 pcs. women's coats.
