1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the collection points of the Municipality of Gryfino and its organizational units.

2. The total estimated electricity consumption is indicated in Annexes 8 and 8A to the SWZ. The specified forecast energy consumption is only indicative and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Parties to purchase energy in the given quantity and is the maximum limit quantity of purchase. The Ordering Party declares the consumption (purchase) of electricity during the term of the contract at a level not less than 60% of the indicated volumes.

3. The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is determined by a detailed description of the subject of the contract and a list of collection points constituting Annexes No. 8 and No. 8A to the SWZ, respectively, constituting Annex 1 to the contract.
