4.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of non-standard laptops, computers and tablets for the Ordering Party for a period of 1 year with the right of option, with the possibility of extension by one year, with the right of option. The Ordering Party undertakes to purchase the goods covered by the subject of this proceeding with a value not lower than 80% of the maximum value of the contract concluded with the Contractor. The amount of computer equipment of a particular model provided for by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the contract is an indicative amount and may change (decrease in the scope of one model of equipment in favor of increasing the amount of equipment in the scope of another model/models of equipment) depending on the needs of the Ordering Party during the term of the contract as part of contracts interchangeably balancing in the amount of the maximum gross remuneration of the Contractor specified in the contract on the basis of the price indicated in the Contractor's offer.
The subject of the order are: laptops, tablet, AIO computer, mini computer.
4.2. Computer equipment will be delivered in batches (in the form of partial orders) depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The price of the offer must also include transport - delivery of partial orders to individual organizational units of the Adam Mickiewicz University, each time indicated by the Ordering Party. By delivery, the Ordering Party understands the sale and delivery of equipment to the user.
4.3. The Ordering Party indicates that with regard to the performance of the subject of the contract covered by this procedure, it provides for the right of option referred to in Article 31(2) and (441) of the PPL Act. The right of option for this order consists in the fact that the Ordering Party is obliged to purchase only part of the supplies covered by this order (basic order), while for the remaining scope it may purchase these supplies, but is not obliged to do so (optional order).
4.4. The final ordered amount of computer equipment in each model covered by the subject of the order will depend on the current demand of the Ordering Party, however, the total gross value of the ordered goods may not exceed the maximum gross value of the contract. However, the final value of the goods purchased by the Ordering Party may be lower than this maximum value (not lower than 80% of the contract), If the full maximum gross amount is not used within 12 months of signing the contract, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of extending the term of the contract, but for a period not longer than another 12 months.
