The subject of the contract has been divided into five packages, which include:

Package V - Laboratory auxiliary materials made of plastic "J"
You can make an offer on the package you want or for the entire order. In the case of submitting an offer for more than one package, the tender form forming Annex 1 to the SWZ shall be duplicated.
