The objective of this call for competition is to receive tenders for the establishment of provisional pavilions for Fjell School. The pavilions shall be used as educational premises/administration premises while a new school is being constructed.

The assignment's nature and extent.

The contractor shall deliver a complete contract in accordance with the description given in the annex.

The contract includes foundation works, assembly, commissioning, and following during the hiring period, disassembly

During the hiring period the contractor will be responsible for the MOM (Management, Operation and Maintenance) of the hire object in accordance with the contractual regulations. The contracting authority will attend to the remaining services, such as cleaning, snow clearing, sweeping, etc.

The contractor shall be responsible for all necessary applications processing for the construction, use and disassembly of pavillions. This includes i.a. applications for permission to carry out the measure to the municipality, the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, and other authorities for the implementation of the measure.
