With the new agreement, ZIN wants to achieve the following objectives: • Management and maintenance of KIK-Starter and iStandards in a professional manner; • Continuity of service at a competitive price; • Keep the service free of interference for users in a sustainable and efficient manner; • Prevent users from experiencing bugs and imperfections; • ZIN is looking for a proactive supplier who guides and advises ZIN in the construction and elaboration of improvements to the applications, either at ZIN's request or on the basis of its own progressive insight; • Further development and application of innovations of KIK-Starter and the various products of team iStandards.
