This offer relates to a framework agreement for the continuous purchase of factory new cash vans and vans including service and warranty to VIA University College.

The Framework Agreement shall be offered in 2 sub-agreements to cover the needs of the contracting entity on each campus.

Partial agreement 1 - Vans to VIA East):

This sub-agreement relates to the procurement of factory new vans for VIA East, which includes the following campuses:

- Campus Aarhus N (expected purchase of 2 vans during the framework agreement period)

- Campus Aarhus C (expected purchase of 2 vans during the framework agreement period)

- Campus Horsens (expected purchase of 3 vans during the framework agreement period)

The vans must be offered with electric and diesel as propellant, as well as the vans must be offered with two different dimensions for the goods compartment (standard targets and larger targets). The bidder must offer a guarantee and service of 24 months from the delivery of the individual van.

The contracting entity's maximum purchase of the above on the subcontract is max. 1 additional vehicle per campus per partial agreement.

This partial agreement relates to the purchase of factory new cash vans and vans for VIA Vest, which includes the following campuses:

- VIA Centre for Educational Funds (CFU) Viborg (expected purchase of 5 cash wagons during the framework contract period)

- Campus Viborg (expected purchase of 2 vans during the framework agreement period)

- VIA Centre for Educational Funds (CFU) Herning (expected procurement of 1 van during the framework contract period)

- Campus Holstebro (expected purchase of 2 vans during the framework agreement period)

The vans must be offered with electric and diesel as propellant, as well as the vans must be offered with two different dimensions for the commodities (standard targets and larger targets). The bidder must offer a guarantee and service of 24 months from the delivery of the individual cash cart and/or van.

The contracting entity's maximum procurement of the above on the sub-agreements is maximum of one additional vehicle per campus per partial agreement.
