Completion of the phase 2 project opportunity study on the RN31 between Bois de Lihus and Compiègne for public consultation. The contract will include a firm tranche and an optional tranche.

Firm phase: knowledge, diagnosis and analysis of needs; scenario study and phase 2 project opportunity study.

Optional phase 1: assistance with project management for public consultation and production of the communication inherent in this consultation.
