The subject of the contract is the planning and construction of a parking garage and a nursing school in the city of Lohne by a total contractor.

There is currently a parking space on the building plot, which must be (partially) removed beforehand.

The parking garage and the nursing school are to be set up as self-sufficient buildings, only connected by a common staircase.

The following services are required by the bidders / bidding consortia:

- building project planning,

- technical equipment planning,

- structural design,

- outdoor system planning,

- construction work.

The parking garage and the nursing school must be on a construction site with a size of 5 700.00 m 2 NGF are erected and may not exceed the maximum height of 12.00 m above the top of the site.

The nursing school consists of 3 classrooms, a demonstration room, a staff room, 4 offices and a foyer. The usable area for the nursing school is at least 638.00 m 2 stated.

As an open large garage, the parking garage should have a total of seven half levels according to the split level system. The individual floors are accordingly offset from each other by half a floor height and connected to each other by means of 2 half ramps. The facade is to be designed as a panel facade made of sheet steel and given a name.
