Cristal is a 24-hour operational information system, essential for organ and tissue removal and transplant activities. It makes it possible to guarantee the application of health security rules and the distribution of organs. It is an interactive system via the WEB, made available to all health professionals involved in the removal and transplant activities, whether it is the teams of health establishments authorized to remove and / or transplant, the laboratories or tissue banks (several hundred teams and more than 3000 users). It is used in metropolitan France, in the overseas departments (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Réunion) as well as in French Polynesia and New Caledonia within the framework of cooperation protocols

Implementation of the program for redesigning the applications of SI Cristal and TMA associated with the current solution (J2ee environment on a specific Kasper framework) and the future solution (Angular / Spring environment) Cristal is the information system developed by the agency of biomedicine to meet its legal missions: - management of the national waiting list of patients awaiting organ transplants - identification of donors and qualification of the donor and the organ - verification of compliance with rules of good practice (control of the accounting of ABO blood groups and Hla tissue groups) and health safety rules (viral diseases, HIV, etc.) - Allocation of organs to patients in accordance with distribution rules - the production of annual reports for the transparency of activities and their evaluations - The continuous evaluation of organ and tissue harvesting, organ transplant activities to improve efficiency and 'adaptation of health policies (development of allocation scores, cross-analysis with the REIN register in the context of monitoring chronic end-stage renal disease). currently, the SI Cristal is carried by the Kasper application base. The redesign of the applications will revolve around four main objectives: 1- build the new foundations of the Cristal information system to strengthen its protection in compliance with IT security standards and rules, and facilitate future transformations. The new base will use Spring / Angular technology, which will also be generalized to all of the agency's business applications. 2- dematerialize the exchanges for a data security and a gain in productivity and efficiency of the actors of the processes. 3- improve the ergonomics of the tool. 4- integrate new nomadic uses. from an operational point of view, the redesign consists in modifying the structuring of the system in order to empower the different modules to facilitate their evolution while maintaining interoperability
