Strategic partnership on property maintenance and energy optimisation. Area EASTFuresø Municipality hereby offers a framework agreement on strategic partnership, which deals with planning, prioritization and execution of remediate, preventive and restorative building maintenance as well as the implementation of energy optimization projects on Furesø Municipality's properties, located in area East. The framework agreement for Area East has a total estimated value over a four-year period of DKK 137,100 million. 133,000 square meters. During the term of the framework agreement, the number of properties may be adjusted, for example, as a result of properties being discontinued, possibly when selling properties or as a result of new properties being added to the list.
The reason for tendering for a portfolio of projects gathered in a strategic partnership – rather than ongoing tendering of individual projects/tasks – is a clear goal and expectation of being able to achieve economies of scale, synergy effects, repeat optimizations and continuous innovation through close and trusting collaboration with the chosen strategic partner. In addition, the framework agreement shall be concluded with a view to:
- To ensure cheaper and better maintenance and implementation of specific projects that are delivered on time and in a good quality of workmanship.
- To ensure the greatest possible budget security through the use of a transparent financial model, the inclusion of relevant consulting and craftsman skills in the planning work, increased use of the strategic partner's calculations in the early planning phases and to prioritize energy-optimal and sustainable solutions.
- To transfer knowledge about good processes and solutions between projects by working across the projects and focusing efforts where the need and potential are greatest.
- To work purposefully with the establishment and maintenance of a trust-based collaborative culture, so that the projects' resources can be moved from unnecessary process and transaction activities to activities that create value for the projects.
The applicant may submit an application to participate in one or both framework agreements/lots, but may only be prequalified to submit tenders for one framework agreement/lot. Therefore, together with the application for participation, the applicant is asked to state which lot/framework agreement is being applied for (East or West) or whether participation is requested for both lots/framework agreements
The framework agreement/tender documents contain a number of undefined projects that must be priced in connection with the submission of tenders, see more about these projects and other parts of the framework agreement in the tender documents available on the construction web, www.rib-software.dk/udbudsportal where the applicant can find this tender with the construction web no. TN327679A.
