the Framework Agreement with maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The Framework Agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator (single-awarding framework agreement). The maximum amount for each period (initial period and renewal period) of the framework agreement is 300,000 euro(s) (excl. tax).

These are geotechnical services necessary for all development projects, studies or works related to the competences transferred or delegated to the EPTB. This contract corresponds to a mission of geotechnical and geophysical reconnaissance and tests for the studies, monitoring, maintenance, reinforcement and realization of the developments carried out by the eptb Vistre Vistrenque.The investigations requested from the holder carried out as part of the planned developments may concern: -Sites of future or existing reservoirs:, basins, dams, specific hydraulic structures, crossing structures,-the hydrographic network (gift, ditch, watercourse etc.),-wet networks: pipes and structuring structures (pumping stations ...),-etc. The mission of the incumbent may include :-D geophysical investigations: electrical, electromagnetic, seismic method, (explosive or ground), geological radar, reconnaissance by micro-gravimetry and Masw,-Geotechnical investigations: shovel or auger soundings, core or destructive soundings, which may be associated with different types of tests and auscultations (mechanical tests, permeability tests). They must make it possible to specify the nature of the terrain as well as their mechanical characteristics. This research may be supplemented by penetrometer tests (static or dynamic), -laboratory characterization tests, -submission of geotechnical mission reports of type G1, G2, G4 and G5 defined by the Union Syndicale Géotechnique and according to standard Nf-P94-500 (November 2013 or possible subsequent updates)
