Description:
Expansion of opera Nova in Bydgoszcz by the fourth circle with parking infrastructure

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction and installation works: extension of opera Nova by the IV circle together with parking infrastructure in Bydgoszcz at Marszałka Focha 5 street on plots no.: 3/13,3/14,3/15,9/7,9/8,10,12,13; precinct 0109. The subject of the contract includes two relatively independent parts, which can be implemented in two independent stages. The first stage is the fourth circle of the Opera, which is technologically, functionally and functionally connected with the main object. The second stage is a two-level underground garage with a city square in its upper part. The garage is accessible from the main object and from the IV circle, it can also operate independently. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works and in the draft provisions of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the extension of the Opera Nova by the IV circle along with the parking infrastructure in Bydgoszcz at 5 Marszałka Focha Street. The expansion of Opera Nova is aimed at complementing and expanding the functions of the Main Opera House.

The fourth circle of opera, which includes:

- a stage rehearsal room with a multifunctional solution of the auditorium, stage, orchestra, trapdoor and other elements related to the technology of the hall; maximum number of viewers – 485 people;

multifunctional space constituting an extension of the foyer of the Main Opera Building, as well as exhibition space and other artistic activities;

a cinema hall with very high image and sound parameters; maximum number of viewers – 205 people;

complementary areas with a gastronomic, back-office and technical function.

Usable area of the Pu building = 5.730,45 m²

Internal building area Pw=7.557,64 m²

Building volume V=37.294,5 m³

The second part of the investment, which is a two-level underground garage with an entrance from Karmelicka Street. The garage is functionally connected with the Main Building of the Opera House and with the IV circle. The garage provides parking spaces for 228 vehicles (level -3 – 119 parking spaces, level -2 – 109 parking spaces).

Building interior area Pw=7.227,10 m²

Building volume V=25.335,04 m³
