FINMA is using this tender to find a provider that can guarantee the provision, construction, adaptation, takeover, operation and maintenance of FINMA's entire ICT infrastructure and the operation of the applications assigned to it as the main contractor for FINMA. The provider assumes all necessary technical and technical implementation tasks and works with the IT department of FINMA, if necessary with the other external service providers of FINMA and during the Transition project (TMO) with the existing infrastructure provider of FINMA, Swisscom (Schweiz) AG, together. The provider is allowed to use subcontractors for certain service packages.
