1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate, from real estate on which summer cottages are located and other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, located in the Brzeziny Commune. 2. Under the contract, the contractor is obliged to collect and manage any amount of municipal waste from all residential properties and real estate on which summer cottages are located, or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, located in the Brzeziny Commune. 3. The scope of the contract also includes equipping property owners throughout the entire term of the contract with containers and bags for collecting waste in quantities necessary for the collection of municipal waste 4. The Contractor will also be obliged to create and organize a mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point
1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from residential real estate, from real estate on which summer cottages are located and other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, located in the Brzeziny Commune.
2. Under the contract, the contractor is obliged to collect and manage any amount of municipal waste from all residential properties and real estate on which summer cottages are located, or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, located in the Brzeziny Commune. It is also required to collect waste that has been placed next to containers in bags when it does not fit and to empty additional private containers.
3. Place of execution of the order: the entire administrative area of the Municipality of Brzeziny, comprising the following localities: Adamów, Bielanki, Bogdanka, Bronowice, Buczek, Dąbrówka Duża, Dąbrówka Mała, Eufeminów, Gaj, Gałkówek Cologne, Grzmiąca, Helenówka in, Jaroszki, Jordanów, Kędziorki, Małczew, Marianów Kołacki, Michałów, Paprotnia, Pieńki Henrykowskie, Polik, Przanówka, Przecław, Rochna, Rozworzyn, Sadowa, Stare Koluszki, Strzemboszewice, Siberia, Szymaniszki, Ściborów, Tadzin, Teodorów, Tworzyjanki, Witkowice, Zalesie, Żabieniec;
4. This invitation to tender is not covered by properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is created.
5. The scope of the contract also includes the equipment of property owners during the entire period of execution of the order with containers and bags for collection of waste (containers will be the property of the Contractor) in the quantities necessary for the collection of municipal waste generated in the territory of the Municipality of Brzeziny.
6. The Contractor will also be obliged to create and organize a mobile Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste.
