The state administrator in Trøndelag shall offer a study within administrative law, legal method and health law. The study will make up 15 study points.

The County Governors are monitoring and inspecting the municipal health and care services, and works on development within the municipal health and care services. Some of the development work has been a part of the governmental programmes Competency Plan 2020 and Care Plan 2020.

The study programme is intended for caseworkers and leaders working in the health and care services in the municipalities in Trøndelag. Therefore, it is necessary to organise this study programme as a part time study programme where participants occasionally meet physically, but also given the possibility to attend virtually. The claim for physical gatherings for the students, derives from the wish for the students to actively contribute to link theory and practice together and to develop a common understanding.
