75 multifunctional systems (Ostfalia) and 10 multifunctional systems (HBK) are used. The estimated order volume of Ostfalia is about 7-8 million pages per year, the HBK about 0.4 million pages per year. The ratio between color and black-and-white copies / prints is approximately 20% to 80% in both devices.

The Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences and the Braunschweig University of Art and Design intends to provide the supply of multifunctional systems (copiers, printers, scanners) for all university locations to an external service provider with effect from 1 February 2020. The multifunctional systems are integrated into the university data networks and can be used from any workstation.
