The contract notice concerns the transmission of newspapers and magazines to Pirkanmaa to the units of the owners specified in tuomi Logistics Oy's invitation to tender. The largest individual subscribers of newspapers and magazines are the Tampere City Library, the Tampere School Libraries, the Libraries of the Municipalities of Pirkanmaa and the Pirkanmaa Hospital District.

The ordering units make their own newspaper subscriptions, except for the Tampere City Library, which places magazine orders from the various tampere city library offices centrally.

Subtopic 1 comprises finnish leaf titles.

Subtopic 2 comprises foreign newspaper titles.

The agreement applies to foreign newspapers and magazines published outside Finland.
