The contracting authority is carrying out a tender contest to achieve a good framework agreement for service and maintenance of lifts in buildings. The tender contest applies to the new Vestfold County and the new Telemark County The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority's need for lift services with service, maintenance, and continual improvements (repairs) of lifts in county buildings.

The purpose is also that the lift alarms must be in a satisfactory condition. This includes alarm reception, coordination, response/turnout, as well as an option for repairs/installation of new lift alarms.
