Valgdirektoratet [the Norwegian Directorate of Elections] shall establish a framework agreement for goods and services related to the mechanical counting of voting slips. This includes the hire and sale of:

— PCs and accompanying equipment;

— database components;

— infrastructure;

— consultancy service related to the installation of the EVA Scanning system and setup of the database and infrastructure;

— on- and offsite support of installation and setup.
