1. Description of the item of the order

1. The subject of the contract in these proceedings is the supply of office furniture referred to in Annex 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Furniture". The offered Furniture must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production – not earlier than 2023), have appropriate documents allowing the Furniture to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the Furniture.

2) The scope of the order includes:

a) Development of the Furniture project. The project is subject to agreement with the Architect supervising the author and with the Contracting Authority.

b) Production of furniture according to the approved/accepted design and delivery to the building of the District Court, located in Częstochowa at 90 St. Rocha Street, along with unloading, bringing to the destination, in accordance with the design documentation in the field of arrangement of room equipment, as well as assembly.

The offered Furniture must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of manufacture – not earlier than 2023), have appropriate documents allowing the Furniture to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the Furniture.

2) The scope of the order includes:

a) Development of the Furniture project. The project is subject to agreement with the Architect supervising the author and with the Contracting Authority.

b) Production of furniture according to the approved/accepted design and delivery to the building of the District Court, located in Częstochowa at 90 St. Rocha Street, along with unloading, bringing to the destination, in accordance with the design documentation in the field of arrangement of room equipment, as well as assembly. Assembly should be understood as the installation of complete and ready-to-use furniture, taking into account their adaptation to the rooms in which they will be used and to the elements in these rooms.

The execution of the project as well as the production and assembly of the Furniture will be preceded by making appropriate measurements "from nature" at the expense of the Contractor and the submission and approval of materials, in order to obtain full acceptance of the workshop design by the author's and the Ordering Party's supervision

and release for production.

5) Description of the subject of the contract - a detailed description of the subject of the contract shall be:

a) Appendix No. 1. – technical description and minimum requirements of the Furniture,

b) Appendix No. 1.1. – assortment and quantity list of Furniture;

c) Annex 1.2. to the SWZ;

Appendix 1.2. constitute elements of the design documentation of the investment task entitled "Construction of the building of the Częstochowa-Północ District Court in Częstochowa at 80/90 St. Rocha Street", marked with:

AW_ZE_10_02÷06 — Interior arrangement — floors 03÷07 (5 drawings);

AW_ZE_10_09_R03 – Collective list of furniture;

6) Location of the place of delivery – the building of the District Court in Częstochowa at 90 Św.

7) The full scope of the Ordering Party's requirements in relation to the subject of the contract includes: a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) and a draft contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
