Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW intends to amend the amendment to the
Climate Protection Act. This stipulates that the state administration will be climate-neutral by 2030
debit. For the refurbishment of the existing buildings, this means that the standard efficiency building EG 55 (equivalent to the KfW Efficiency House 55) is to be sought for the buildings to be renovated.
As part of an energy consultation, the buildings or properties are to be examined energetically. For this purpose, the first step is to explore and document the actual condition of the buildings of a property. Based on the first step, measures are to be developed in order to renovate the building as part of an extensive renovation
to renovate energetically to the desired standard.
For this purpose, the services for the properties listed in the framework agreement, Lot 1 to Lot 4, are commissioned by individual call-off.
