Operations management services for the Soltau Therme

Stadtwerke Soltau GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter “SWS”) owns the Soltau Therme, Mühlenweg 17, 29614 Soltau. The Soltau Therme is a brine and all-weather bath in Soltau in the Heidekreis district, Lower Saxony. It features sauna and spa services as well as gastronomy.

The SWS intends to use this procedure to award services for the commercial and technical management of the bathroom for an initial period of four years. SWS also has a two-time option to extend the operational management contract for a further two years at a time. Construction supervision of an upcoming renovation and expansion should also be commissioned as an option. However, the exact scope and timing of the renovation and expansion has not yet been determined.

The SWS is looking for a contractor who will take over the commercial and technical management of the thermal spa. Operational management must be aligned in such a way that operations management is economically, market-oriented and target group-oriented. The system with all operating parts and outdoor facilities must be managed in such a way that it can basically be used by anyone as a public facility. The contractor must work closely and trustfully with SWS.

Operations are partially managed by the client's staff. All other currently employed employees are employed by the company manager who has worked so far. The contractor provides a plant manager/bathroom manager (f/m/d). The contractor also provides a project manager (f/m/d) to determine the necessary measures for operational management in coordination with the management and to monitor the implementation. He also provides higher-level services.
