The object of the contract is the assignment of technical engineering and architectural services relating to the supervision of works, measurement and accounting, coordination of safety during the execution phase, site surveillance and technical activities to support the execution of the works, relating to the project called "SEISMIC ADAPTATION WORKS AND FUNCTIONAL REQUALIFICATION, COMPLIANCE WITH I.T.T. FEDI/FERMI VIALE ADUA HEADQUARTERS - PISTOIA 1st Lot Financed by the European Union – Next generation EU – PNRR Mission 4 C.1 I. 3.3."

The contents of the services are better specified in the Technical Performance Specifications prepared by the Contracting Authority and attached to this procedure.

The cost of the works alone, including security charges, relating to the contract to be awarded is € 9,533,194.60, as shown in the table below, which corresponds to a total amount of € 12,766,955.65.

The basic amount of the auction relating to the services covered by this award procedure, net of social security and welfare charges and VAT, amounts to € 426,897.85 (four hundred and twenty-six thousand - eight hundred and ninety-seven/85) for the Works Supervision and for the Safety Coordination for the execution, as detailed below:€ 426,897.85 Of which for DL € 271,659.92 For CSE € 155,237.93
