The city of Pattensen has decided to build a 2.5- to three-speed primary school in Schulenburg. In addition to the premises for primary school, the project also includes a one-field hall and rooms for the library. The city of Pattensen intends to plan the new construction of buildings and outdoor facilities as well as maintenance services.

The city of Pattensen expects the contractor to provide comprehensive service based on a functional SOW with the components planning, construction and maintenance from a single source. Interim financing, operation and final financing are provided by the city of Pattensen and are therefore not part of the order. The city of Pattensen places particular emphasis on the construction of a functionally optimised school building. The client therefore expected special competence from the contractor in the area of planning school buildings. The aim is to use the fully functional and built new buildings during the summer vacation 2024 at the latest. Construction work is thus completed by the beginning of the summer vacation (24.6.2024) and the keys are handed over after completion of the removal services at the beginning of July 2024. Contractor's services have been completed. This also includes the outdoor facilities and commissioning of the entire building technology included in the award. The overall scope of the is based on a space program with a total usable area (NUF) of around 2,700 sqm for the building on a building site of approximately 8,000 square meters.
