Standards for winter road maintenance in particular sectors include Annex H to swz.

Equipment should be available 24 hours a day on the site of service or on the hardware base.

The snow removal and sprinkling of municipal roads will be carried out in accordance with the standards of road maintenance in the City and Municipality of Trzebinia, which are described in Annex H to the SWZ.

In order to ensure passability:

on municipal roads in Sector A, B and C covered by: I winter maintenance standard, sprinkling of sand with salt or brine (use of brine up to — 5 0C, while sprinkling sand with salt below — 5 0C), removal of snow mud and glaciated snow layers.

On municipal roads in Sector A and B covered by II, III and IV winter maintenance standards, sprinkling of sand with salt or brine (use of brine up to — 5 0C, while sprinkling with sand with salt below — 5 0C), removal of snow mud and glaciated snow layers should be used.

Sand sprinkling, snow mud and slaughtered and glaciated snow layers should be used on municipal roads in sectors C, D, E and F covered by: II winter maintenance standard.

In sector G - comprising winter maintenance of sidewalks, stairs, squares, on the territory of the city and the municipality of Trzebinia manually or mechanically.

Attention:

Snow should be removed in such a way that prisms formed on the side of the road do not impede visibility and do not pose a traffic hazard. It is forbidden to store snow in areas of intersections and bends.

For the dispersal of chemical and envelope agents, use dispatches and pools that guarantee the distribution of the agent in the quantity required to guarantee passability and safety on the road.

The plate or spreading plates must be located at an appropriate height so that the material being strewn does not cause damage to the bodies of vehicles in motion, fences, etc.

The above work in all road maintenance standards should be carried out successively in order to ensure passability and road safety.

Any damage resulting from the implementation of this contract shall be covered by the Contractor.

In Sector A, it is anticipated:

In 2022 — 3 times snow exports over the period from 1.01.2022 to 31.03.2022 and from 1.11.2022 to 31.12.2022,

In the year 2023 - 3 times the export of snow during the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.03.2023 and from 1.11.2023 to 31.12.2023.

from the following squares and car parks:

• Rynek+ closed part towards Solidarity roundabout + walking route to the market in

Trzebini + terrain under the multimedia tower + TAXI stop at 180 mb,

• Closed section of Kościuszki Street on the length of 50 mb,

• Parking behind the Mill along with access roads on the length of 80 mb,

• City Office parking + II level parking on a length of 130 mb,

• Small Market for 80 mb,

• Narutowicza Street + car park at the building of Narutowicza Street 10 per length of 50 mb,

• Travelling at St. Stanisław Street at 30 mb,

The snow should be removed strictly in the following cases:

• the height of prism strewn along the street, road or car park exceeds 0.80 m.

• The width of the prism narrows the pavement to a width of less than 1.0 m. or a lane of the roadway to a width of less than 5.0 m.
