The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as seed and nursery production, to be carried out in the area of the Miękinia Forest District in 2024. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3)-(4) of the Public Procurement Law. The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605 - "Public Procurement Law") and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law.

The Contracting Authority requires the payment of a bid bond in the amount of PLN 12,000. The tender deposit must be paid before the deadline for submission of tenders and maintained continuously until the expiry of the deadline for binding the tender, except for the cases referred to in Article 98(1)(2) and (3) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law.
