The subject of the order is a wholesale, successive supply of liquid fuels, i.e. ON and Pb 95. The subject of the order is divided into two parts, i.e.: part no 1 - supply of diesel fuel - approx. 1 330 000 liters, part no 2 - supply of unleaded petrol Pb 95 - approx. 300 000 liters. Fuel delivery places, i.e. SPSPRiTS Department Fuel Station, 23 Starowiejska Street in Zamość and District Ambulance and Sanitary Transport Station, “Wira” Bartoszewskiego 3 Street in Biłgoraj.

Delivery of diesel fuel (summer, transient and winter) - approx. 1,330 000 liters. Diesel fuel offered for sale must comply with the requirements of the Polish Standard, i.e.: PN-EN 590+A 1:2017-06 /Ap 2:2018-09, CN code 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11 and the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of Laws 2015, item 1680 as of late. d.). The supply of fuel will occur successively, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority, based on orders placed by electronic or fax by an authorized employee of the Contracting Authority. Orders will be placed from Monday to Saturday. The price of 1 m3 fuel ON will refer to the net price of the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party.

Part No 2 — Delivery of unleaded petrol Pb 95 - approx. 300 000 liters. Offered for sale unleaded petrol Pb 95 (summer, transitional, winter) must meet the requirements of the Polish Standard, i.e.: PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06, CN code 2710 12 45 and the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for fuels liquids (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680 as amended). The supply of fuel will occur successively, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority, based on orders placed by electronic or fax by an authorized employee of the Contracting Authority. Orders will be placed from Monday to Saturday. The price of 1 m3 of fuel Pb 95 will refer to the net price of the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party.
