Description:

The target of the acquisition is expert support for modeling the management of social and health services production under the responsibility of the social care provider in a multi-producer model as well as for the operationalization of the organiser's strategic policies and planning of the social enterprise.

A more detailed description of the procurement and the requirements for the service to be provided are given in Annex 1 Description of the subject of the procurement.

The target of the acquisition is expert support for modeling the management of social and health services production under the responsibility of the social care provider in a multi-producer model as well as for the operationalization of the organiser's strategic policies and planning of the social enterprise. A framework agreement will be established on the basis of competitive tendering. Within the framework agreement, the selection of suppliers will take place through lighter tendering. Lighter tendering is organized between the suppliers selected for the framework agreement as contract suppliers. The way in which the framework agreement operates is described in more detail in the section on Criteria for decision making in this call for tender and in Annex 2 to the Terms and Conditions.

Expert support to be procured includes: the following competencies:

a) Buying Effectiveness

b) Strategic planning of Sote organization

c) Entity control of Sote production

(d) Expert support for the preparation of a set of provincial reform social and health services.

The assignments are mainly based on the above mentioned entities. The purpose of the assignment will be further defined in lighter tendering. The contracting entity estimates that the average purchase volume of the framework agreement is between 500 and 600 htp per year. The contracting entity is not bound by the estimate.
