The outdoor swimming pool, built in the early 1970s, has been in need of major renovation and modernization after more than 40 years of operation.

This affects the buildings, the technical equipment and the outdoor facilities.

Design approach:

Generally:

- In order to make the operation of the outdoor swimming pool more economical, the water area is currently approx 2 at 985 m 2 reduced,

- The terrace character of the outdoor pool should be preserved,

- complete renovation of the outdoor facilities,

- Construction of a new filter building.

- approx. 275.00 m 2 Roof and wall reinforcement cladding with OSB-V-100 panels,

- approx. 115.00 m 2 horizontal wall cladding for an existing building,

- approx. 20.00 frame as a substructure for wall cladding from 2.9 x 4 m to 8 x 3.5 m,

- approx. 266.00 m 2 horizontal wall cladding on frame construction,

- approx. 120.00 m 2 Mount the cement boards on the wooden frame substructure.
