We will establish one framework agreement per area, with one service provider per contract. A total of two framework agreements will be signed. Tenders can be submitted for both parts, but 2 separate tenders must be submitted. We would like the main service provider for contract B (design, graphical production and printing) to be responsible for the entire printing process, and contact with any sub provider for printing.

Difi has many different communication needs and projects, of varying sizes, target groups and time perspectives. We can have a need for simple PR assistance that can be used when there is a need for extra resources. This can, for example, be general consultancy, support, development and implementation of campaigns, consultancy for handling crises, or assistance with the development of strategies for different communication measures. At other times there is only a direct need for graphical services, such as the development of brochures and different material. We shall also further develop our existing graphical profile. The framework agreement shall give Difi a flexible possibility to get assistance when needed.
