The Technical Support Consultant will be required to:
- Review, appraise and critique work undertaken to date and outline Moyle requirements. Submit your findings, including recommendations, in a detailed Report to the Employer;
- Attend and record monthly progress meetings (in person) at Moyle Interconnector Ltd offices in Belfast and table a Progress Report;
- Evaluate the global cable market for cable production and cable installation and/or a combination of the two for the Moyle requirements;
- Recommend Technical Solution(s);
- Risk Assessment;
- Recommend a contract strategy and preferred Conditions of Contract;
- Prepare technical specification and tender documentation;
- Prepare and Administer PQQ & ITT;
- Evaluate bids;
- Finalise contract(s); and
- Recommend award.
