IBB is striving to conclude a framework agreement for the assumption of clerical activities in the area of receivables management.

For sub-tasks of receivables management in the funding programmes, Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) requires the support of an external service provider within the framework of the out-of-court debt collection of public law claims, which result in detail from the service description. In addition, outbound services are to be provided in order to actively address the parties obliged to reclaim or to determine their current contact details.

The processing is carried out in accordance with the client's instructions.

The training is carried out by the client. The instructions required for processing are provided by the client.
