The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of the Green Spaces of COMPA's 31 business parks, as well as the surroundings of several sites as follows: the Jean Blanchet swimming pool, the Eden 3 cinema and the bus station located in Ancenis-Saint-Géron and the Bois Mme site located in Mésanger. The Operation concerns the maintenance services of the following green spaces:

- lawns

- grassy parts (meadow - ditch - embankment - shoulder - bench)

- hedges and merlons planted

- the massifs

- trees

- stabilized or gravelled walkways and pedestrian paths,

- roads composed of sidewalks, gutters, islands and carriageways

- storm basins, knots and fire reserves

- equipment (fence - candelabra - electrical box - gas box - electric transformer)

- sewerage works

maintenance of the following Green Spaces and Equipment, in view of the details indicated in the CCTP of lot 1: lawns, grassy areas (meadows, embankments, shoulders and benches), banks - ditches - knots - willows, storm basins and fire reserves, hedges, planted massifs and merlons, roads (sidewalks, gutters, roadway, islets ..), stabilized or gravelled walkways and paths, trees, equipment (fences - ERDF boxes - fire hydrants - ERDF transformers - lampposts). Plant waste resulting from the operation will be evacuated in real time and other waste will be systematically removed and disposed of.
