The purpose of this contract is the complete renovation of the SG + Groupe control cabinets, the TGBT, the HVA measurement gearboxes of the Plan du Var power plant; partial replacement of LV and TBT cables from the factory; Replacement of the head valve control.
•Studies:
LV Cable Calculation Note (Caneco BT)
Updating of the planning from study phase to work phase, including commissioning (MS Project)
Dimensioning studies of the equipment to be supplied and installed: TBWV SA and LCC/AHQ, LV and I&C cables, RGU and dynamic excitation, discharge resistance, etc.
Replacement of instrumentation (VPN, tachometer chain, limit switches, analog sensors, etc.)
Creation of electrical diagrams of the entire layout using SEE Electrical Expert
HTB/HTA/BT (dwg) Single-Line Update
Site plan of the various equipment (dwg)
Control Room Detail Plan (DWG)
Operating procedures and risk analyses for the preparation of the works phase
Test sheets required for the requalification of the equipment, from intrinsic tests to the overall tests of the equipment supplied
Provision of the DOE (Dossier des Travaux Executed) including material notices

Supply, installation and connection of several Tier 1 enclosures
Supply, installation and connection of an ePAH supervision system on the desk
Supply, installation, connections of LV/TBT cables (excluding cables to the 63kV TR313 evacuation transformer substation)
Management of waste disposal and treatment (choice N°2 – To be paid by the Contractor).
• Divers :
Reception of the various cabinets at the Holder's premises and supervision of ePAH with EDF-GU, EDF-ECM and HSM-AIDE)
Passing a regulatory body for NFC 15.100 compliance
Participation in site meetings (Teams or face-to-face meetings as needed)
Participation in the prevention plan (PDP)
Participation in the reviews of the Global Test Plan
Installation of FO jumpers
Compliance of the earth network and the earthing system (MALT) (earth shoes, equipotentiality, etc.)
• Participation in on-site commissioning up to sub-assembly testing.
Main objectives and constraints of the Market:
Implementation and modernization of all electrical equipment necessary for the resumption of production and optimal operation of the hydroelectric plant
Operation scheduled from 08/07/2025 to 30/10/2025 (end of assembly tests). In order to limit production losses, the consultation will ask to study an optimization of the phasing of the work.
The main characteristics of electrical equipment are as follows:
- The 5.5kV synchronous alternator with a unit power of 7 MVA is connected to a 5.5kV/63kV step-up transformer connected to the RTE HVB network.
- The 1st and 2nd rank I&C consists of relays, an APC and an APG. The plant communicates with the water intake via a mixed cable installed in the gutter
