The subject of the contract is: the implementation of the service of collection and management of municipal waste, generated and collected by the owners of real estate where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Starachowice Commune.

The subject of the contract is: the implementation of the service of receiving and landscaping of municipal waste, generated and collected by the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Starachowice, by:

a) collection and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents live,

b) equipping collection points for selectively collected waste in inhabited multi-apartment buildings (blocks) with the necessary containers,

c) equipping owners of inhabited single-family and multi-family properties with the necessary bags for separately collected waste,

d) organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point along with the management of collected municipal waste.

The subject of the contract is presented in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to this SWZ.

The contracting authority does not require but recommends that the Contractor, before submitting the bid, make a site visit in order to familiarize itself with local conditions, building structure and the specificity of the municipality's area, which may significantly affect the content of rainfall collection schedules.

The Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974. The Labor Code of persons performing the indicated activities related to the execution of the contract: related activities

with the service of municipal vehicles specially built usually on the chassis of trucks, adapted for municipal waste collection

and their export to the place of storage, disposal or disposal.

Warning!

Before signing the contract, the Contractor shall present documents confirming that it meets the requirements for the implementation of the task, including:

(a) entry in the Register of Regulated Activities (RDR),

(b) entry in the register of waste electrical and electronic equipment collectors,

(c) entry in the BDO,

(d) the authorisation for the collection of waste,

(e) permission for the transport of waste or entry on the register (in accordance with the act

about waste),

(f) contracts with installations for the processing, recovery, disposal and storage of municipal waste,

(g) a liability insurance contract for business activities to the extent specified in this order, for an amount not less than PLN 2.000.000,00 for the duration of the contract.

Before signing the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to check whether the selected Contractor has the equipment indicated in the OPZ and whether it is prepared to perform the contract within the period specified in the contract template.
