Sport England (SE) is seeking to procure Consultants to undertake Artificial Sports Surfaces Consultancy Services on behalf of SE and those organisations listed at I.2. The services will comprise a range of construction related consultancy services in connection with artificial sports surfaces projects. The contract will be established as a Multi-party Framework. Services will be called-off in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Framework Agreement.
