1. The subject of the contract is: successive purchase of delivery within 24 months of dressing materials for the Health Care Team in Końskie - Bactericidal dressings, non-stick. 2. The Contracting Authority shall not divide the subject of the contract into lots. The contracting authority did not divide the contract into lots due to the indivisibility of its subject. An artificial division of the contract would be unreasonable and could jeopardise the proper performance of the contract. According to recitals 78 and 79 of the preamble to Classic Directive 2014/24/EU, the contracting authority is free to decide autonomously whether it should divide the contract into lots on any basis it deems appropriate, taking into account its own needs, in particular having regard to the scope of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in: 1) Annex 1a to the SWZ, i.e. in the assortment and price form, 2) the contract template – Annex 4 to the SWZ, which are an integral part of the SWZ.
