The order includes the delivery of fruit and vegetables in Toruń and Inowrocław. It is divided into 4 parts:
1) delivery of potatoes and vegetables - Toruń
2) delivery of fruit group I - Toruń
3) delivery of potatoes and vegetables - Inowrocław
4) delivery of fruit group I - Inowrocław
The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to submit offers for all or selected parts of the contract.
Potato & Vegetable Delivery - ToruńPart 1 of the order includes the delivery of vegetables to warehouses in Toruń, in the quantities specified in Chapter IV of the Terms of Reference, with the characteristics and quality standards included in the OPZ constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference.
1) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit before signing the contract, under pain of finding that the contract has been evaded, submit for inspection a Civil Liability Insurance Policy in the scope of the conducted activity, valid for the period of performance of the contract, covering personal and material damage caused by products manufactured, delivered and sold by the supplier. The policy should include information about the insurer's liability terms and proof of premium payment. The value of the policy cannot be less than the value of the offer.
2) Goods delivered under the contract must be free from physical defects and third-party claims.
3) The shelf life of the goods at the time of delivery to the Recipient may not be shorter than specified in the durability requirements contained in the OPZ (Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference).
