1) The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection of solid municipal waste generated in households from the municipal commune in Chodzież (hereinafter referred to as commune), excluding waste related to conducting business activity. The subject of the contract includes residential properties and other waste collection points specified in Annex 11-13 to the ToR.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been included in the ToR.
1) Scope of the contract.
a. The amount of municipal waste to be collected in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.8.2020 was determined according to estimated calculations with a quantitative breakdown into:
- unsorted (mixed) municipal waste - 2,667.00 Mg,
- metal and plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste - 400.00 Mg,
- segregated waste - glass - 133.00 Mg,
- segregated waste - paper and cardboard - 47.00 Mg,
- bio-waste constituting municipal waste - 400.00 Mg,
- hazardous waste - expired drugs - 0.300 Mg,
- municipal waste including: waste electrical and electronic equipment, chemicals (e.g. paints, varnishes, plant protection products), spent batteries, cells and batteries, tires, furniture and other bulky waste - 200.00 Mg,
- construction and demolition waste resulting from minor renovation works for which no decisions of the building authority are required, e.g. building permits or form of notification of construction works - 147.00 Mg,
- household waste not qualifying for medical waste as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes - 0.200 Mg;
b. The amount of waste may change depending on the needs, however, the value of services provided in 2020 based on the contract concluded as a result of these proceedings may not exceed the amount specified in the contract concluded as a result of the proceedings.
c. The Purchaser also reserves the right not to complete the order in 30% for each type of waste separately.
1. The Awarding Entity provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These orders will consist of repetition of services similar to those covered by this contract, i.e. the collection and removal of municipal waste in the following quantities:
a. Mixed unsorted waste - 700.00 MG,
b. packaging waste from metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste - 100.00 MG,
c. segregated waste - glass - 50.00 MG,
d. segregated waste - paper and cardboard - 20.00 MG,
e. green waste - 200.00 MG,
f. hazardous waste - expired drugs - 0.20 MG,
g. municipal waste including: waste electrical and electronic equipment, chemicals (e.g. paints, varnishes, plant protection products), spent batteries, cells and batteries, tires, furniture and other bulky waste - 50.00 MG,
h. construction and demolition waste resulting from minor renovation works for which no decisions of the building authority are required, e.g. building permits or form of notification of construction works - MG 50.00.
2. The orders referred to in para. 1. will be awarded after a separate public procurement procedure has been conducted under the single-source procurement procedure.
3. Orders referred to in item 1. will be granted in the event of a need to increase the material scope of the services that are the subject of the contract, for reasons not previously provided by the Employer.
