b) assistance to the RUP for the activities related to the verification, for the purposes of validation, pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 of the final project (of the 1or the 2or functional scope);

c) assistance to the RUP for the activities related to verification, for the purposes of validation, pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2-ter of Law 186/2004 of the executive project (of 1or functional scope).

The object of the contract consists in the assignment of the assistance service to the RUP for the activities related to the verification, for the purposes of validation, the design of technical and economic feasibility, definitive and executive (executive only of the 1or functional area), with option of entrusting the assignment of the verification of the executive design (of the 2or scope) functional), related to the intervention aimed at the construction of the new school center of Norcia (PG).
