Aalborg Forsyning wants to implement a single EU tender for the entire insurance program for all supply types, with the aim of achieving the highest degree of synergy with a total purchase of insurance coverage.
The agreement complex consists of 2 contracts with related sub-contracts (a total of 13 sub-contracts defined by the insurance object and the insurance industry.
The contacts are divided into 2 Contract paradigms; A and B, of which Contract B is covered by this tender. Contract A is offered separately in accordance with the rules of the Utility Companies Directive.
The sub-contract covers business insurance all risks - supply activities.
The insurance must include:
- Buildings and installations, as well as buildings and installations under construction, construction, renovation and extension (including sheds, outbuildings, gazebos, roofs and fences), erected on brick or cast foundations or concrete blocks or pressure-impregnated timber complying with the Danish Standard ( DS 2122), incl. interior and exterior decorations and exterior equipment, including signs, light commercials, blinds, blinds, awnings,
- Garden and park facilities,
- Construction and civil engineering,
- Machinery, fixtures and fittings, including installation, commissioning and installation costs,
- Loosening values as stated in the enclosed asset list,
- Leased items,
- Addresses in Denmark, and / or where the company is at risk, even if a new address is not yet listed in the supply's insurance record or is accidentally forgotten.
The sub-contract concerns annual contracts.
The insurance is intended to cover new, renovation and extension, maintenance work and construction and road works related to:
- Water supply,
- Heat supply,
- Gas supply,
- Sewerage,
- Activities at wastewater treatment plants.
