Thermomodernization of buildings – development of design and budget documentation for thermal modernization of educational buildings, divided into tasks: Task No. 1. Thermomodernization of the building of the School Complex No.

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for thermal modernization of educational buildings, divided into tasks:

Task No. 1. Thermomodernization of the building of the Józef Rymer School Complex No. 5 in Rybnik at 24a Józefa Rymera Street in the Niedobczyce district.

Task No. 2. Thermomodernization of the building of Kindergarten No. 36 (in the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 11) in Rybnik at 6 Konrad Winkler Street in the Morocco-Nowiny district

Thermomodernization of the building of the Józef Rymer School Complex No. 5 in Rybnik at 24a Józefa Rymera Street in the Niedobczyce district

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the thermal modernization of the building of the Józef Rymer School Complex No. 5 in Rybnik at 24a Józefa Rymera Street in the Niedobczyce district. The scope of the study includes m.in.

1) drying of basement walls, plastering, implementation of vertical and horizontal damp / waterproofing insulation, 2) insulation of external basement walls (underground and above-ground), foundation walls,

3) replacement of the sanitary sewage system in the basement part up to the manhole along with sealing or reconstruction of the manhole (inside the building) and checking the sanitary sewage connection and in the case of its poor technical condition, including its replacement / reconstruction, 4) insulation of external walls, 5) insulation of the basement ceiling, 6) insulation of roofs / roofs, 7) taking into account the undercutting of trees / bushes that will hinder the execution of works, 8) comprehensive replacement of window and door joinery, 9) liquidation/bricking up of windows on the top floor of the main building (4 pcs.), 10) liquidation/bricking up of windows in a large gymnasium from the W side (3 pcs.), 11) elimination of glass blocks in the main building and replacement with new windows with consideration of the possibility of partial bricking up, 12) use of handles with a key in the windows in the corridors (blocking the possibility of opening by undesirable persons)" 13) bricking up double doors connector (next to a small room) to the liquidated garages (currently these are internal doors), 14) replacement of internal and external doors at the side entrance to the corridor next to the large gymnasium (side S) and external doors (side N), 15) replacement of internal and external window sills, 16) proper ventilation in rooms by, for example, installation of wall ventilators or window ventilators (ventilators), 17) checking ventilation in basement rooms, in the absence of effective ventilation, it should be provided to ensure proper ventilation, e.g. by installing fans in the windows – to be agreed with the Ordering Party the choice of how to ensure proper ventilation (if required), 18) replacement / repair of ventilation of a small gym, 19) checking the technical condition of ductless mechanical ventilation in a large gym – in case of defects, taking into account the repair, 20) the use of roller shutters in a large gymnasium (e.g. internal for remote control), 21) replacement of central heating and hot water installations, 22) execution of radiator housings – in the case of existing old enclosures, replace with new ones that will ensure adequate heat flow from radiators, 23) modernization of the heat substation with the possibility of automatic regulation, including regulation of individual circuits (currently no regulation) – to be agreed on the number of circuits at the design stage, (...)

Thermomodernization of the building of Kindergarten No. 36 (in the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 11) in Rybnik at 6 Konrad Winkler Street in the Morocco-Nowiny district

The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the thermal modernization of the building of Kindergarten No. 36 (in the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 11) in Rybnik at 6 Konrad Winkler Street in the Morocco-Nowiny district. The scope of the study includes m.in .:

1) drying the walls of internal cellars, removing plasters, making damp insulation 7 anti-water vertical and horizontal,

2) insulation of external basement walls (underground and above-ground), foundation walls,

3) insulation of external walls,

4) insulation of the basement ceiling,

5) roof insulation,

6) insulation of the balcony / terrace floor along with the implementation of a floor resistant to walking and jumping (balcony used for children's games),

7) taking into account the undercutting of trees / bushes that will hinder the execution of works,

8) comprehensive replacement of window and door joinery (except for the main entrance door and additional entrance doors on the north side),

9) bricking up the external door at the additional entrance from the north (the entrance is already bricked up - only the door remains)

10) replacement of internal doors to the basement, to the cell, at the main entrance, including internal doors with glazing

11) liquidation of doors built into the glass blocks from the north,

12) liquidation of glass blocks from the north (2 pcs.) – take into account the possibility of bricking up openings (to be agreed with the Ordering Party),

13) replacement of internal and external window sills,

14) proper ventilation in rooms by, for example, installing wall ventilators or window ventilators,

15) checking ventilation in basement rooms, in the absence of effective ventilation, it should be provided to ensure proper ventilation, e.g. by installing fans in windows – to be agreed with the Ordering Party the choice of how to ensure proper ventilation (if required),

16) replacement of central heating installations,

17) execution of radiator housings, in the case of existing old housings replace with new ones that will ensure adequate heat flow from radiators and safety of children,

18) modernization of the heat substation with the possibility of automatic regulation,

19) renovation of heat node rooms (2 rooms) – including: forging falling plasters, supplementing plasters, using plaster and painting, replacing internal doors to the warehouse / storage room under the stairs, replacing electrical and lighting installations,

20) introduction of temperature monitoring in rooms with the possibility of remote monitoring,

21) renovation of stairs and walls to the heat node room, execution of a roof (e.g. system), replacement of external doors to the node rooms, replacement of balustrades, execution of bumpers / stops at the wall and wall of the building,

22) renovation of the internal walls of the basement with painting,

23) replacement of lightning protection system,
