The offer includes the following main areas:
A) Maintenance and further development of the borger.dk system
B) Development of new components, etc. in relation to the borger.dk system
C) Consultancy services including, inter alia, UX/UI and graphic services, training, test assistance and IT security consultancy
D) Other services in connection with transition from current supplier as well as termination services upon transfer to subsequent supplier
E) Application, infrastructure, data center and network operation, etc. of the borger.dk system.
Borger.dk system is used as a common name for a system a number of subsystems, of which borger.dk is the largest subsystem, while lifeindenmark.dk, My Overview and Digital Post Web client and app are also included.
Borger.dk, Denmark's joint public citizen portal is aimed at citizens and authorities and in 2021 had 70.7 million visits.
Borger.dk exhibit information, including personal information, via approximately 2,000 of the authorities' self-service solutions. At the same time, it is a portal that, in addition to the portal's own content, also provides services and content to other public websites and presents content and services from other public websites. At My Overview, citizens can log on with NemID and MitID and see some of the information the public sector has about them. In addition to interactive solutions aimed directly at users, borger.dk exhibit and use a wide range of web services in relation to communication with other websites, backend systems and registers.
The demo environment (demo.borger.dk) is a proprietary one. Net sub-application for teaching citizens in the use of NemID, Digital Post and borger.dk without the use of personal information.
It is crucial that borger.dk is stable, accessible and user-friendly, and this is business-critical.
Borger.dk is integrated with a number of common public systems, e.g. NemLog-in, eID gateway and a number of data sources e.g. via the orchestration component or via direct integration. Borger.dk system also accommodates Digital Post view clients.
Borger.dk sitecore is based, the Digital Post web client is based on Vue and the Digital Post app is based on Flutter. Lifeindenmark.dk is handled in the same application that borger.dk.

The offer includes the following main areas:
A) Maintenance and further development of the borger.dk system, including all administrative activities and service desk services. This includes, among other things, release management, management and coordination of deployment, management of source code and versions, initiating debugging and initiating bug fixes, technical support for the customer and other customer partners. The tasks may vary in scope.
B) Development of new components, etc. in relation to the borger.dk system. This includes, among other things, development in relation to the borger.dk system as well as associated tasks such as analysis, solution design, testing, commissioning, documentation and changes to the borger.dk system.
C) Consultancy services including, inter alia, UX/UI and graphic services, teaching, test assistance and IT security consultancy. This includes, among other things, services such as optimization of database indexes, advice to the customer and the customer's partners on use and integration, etc., test assistance especially with regard to user testing and involvement, and preparation of educational material.
D) Other services in connection with transition from the current supplier as well as termination services by transfer to subsequent supplier, including, among other things, preparation of additional documentation.
E) Application, infrastructure, data center and network operation, etc. of the borger.dk system with associated support.
The tasks must be carried out in close cooperation with the customer as well as the customer's other suppliers. Other public authorities may also engage in cooperation in different contexts.
The contracting entity wishes to use an agile method in connection with the tasks under points A) and B), and the tasks must be solved in close cooperation between the supplier's and the contracting entity's employees.
The tasks are subject to the terms of a "Framework Agreement on the Maintenance and Further Development of borger.dk" and a "Contract for the Operation of borger.dk", respectively.
The contracting entity has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the tasks under A), B), C) and D), and the extent will depend, among other things, on how the supplier performs and external conditions. The supplier is not given any exclusivity in relation to these tasks.
The tasks under E), on the other hand, will be exclusive to the supplier under "Contract for the operation of borger.dk".
